We believe all employees possess essential expertise and have the capability to develop great ideas. However, in traditional hierarchical settings employees do not have the rights to make decisions and are unable to bring their ideas to the front of the innovation process.
We build an employee-driven innovation lab (EDI Lab) to empower the innovative behavior of employees and unleash their creative capabilities. The Lab combines three elements: the innovative space, human-centered innovation tools and community building.
The team has a very wide experience in the industrial safety. The business constitutes of documentation, training, education, risk analyses etc, process safety services. Team is to develop a new training game for organisational preparedness to hazards and also benchmarking the safety status of organisation against to European level.
