Uni CMS is a web-based unifying content management system for TV and broadcast industry with the aim to solve common tv-industry problems.

TV-industry is fragmented: usually different stages of production are made by independent professionals all over. Information and data workflows must be planned again and again with every production. Uni CMS brings professionals and production companies together, working smoothly via one system.

Big broadcasters have their own customized intranet systems, but there are thousands of smaller production companies who don't have a product to solve this problem. So, there's a serious market for this kind of content management system.

Uni CMS will be scalable, from just one to several productions depending on the customer's needs and size. It also has to be affordable so that EVERY production company can have it!

I'm looking for web developers with a solid understanding of UI/UX design. I want to have seasoned and experienced developers who equal ten basic coders! Experience in content/process management and intranet systems is an advantage.
